My work is mission-driven, advocating for the building of collective systems of care, and recognizes that an individual approach to mental health is inadequate to support the clients in realizing liberation and healing. My lived, and clinical experiences have sharpened my awareness of systems of oppression and harm. Community care requires systemic intervention to dismantle these systems create change, possibility, + liberation.

I’m a Black queer non-binary femme pre-licensed psychologist, community builder, creative, healing + design justice practitioner based in Chicago, from Queens, NY, with roots in the West Indies (Guyana). Fueled by commitments to liberation + worldbuilding for Black + Brown LGBTQIA folx, my work in community is ancestral, grounded in our present, and deeply invested in building Black futures.
